YOU: You are the marketing maverick we’ve been seeking to manage our corporate communications, online presence, and assist with our day-to-day business operations, freeing up our team of Talent Scouts to focus on recruiting. You are a proactive, go-getter with an eye for design and an expertise in digital and social media creation. No task is too great or too small and you are best known for your ability to get sh$t done quickly, professionally, and on time. Yet, you are more than just a do-er; you are able to see the forest through the trees and proactively offer up smart solutions and fresh ideas. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Content Creation: strengthen brand image and awareness by way of consistent, high quality marketing efforts across all digital channels; website, email, social media, etc. (WordPress, MailChimp, Canva, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn)
  • Social Media Content Planning: create monthly social media content calendars; sourcing, designing and posting all content (Buffer and/or Content Studio)
  • Website Content: manage and update company website with new job listings, blog posts, etc. (WordPress)
  • Email Marketing: launch consistent email marketing campaigns to Clients & Candidates, handling imagery, copy, delivery and tracking (MailChimp)
  • Copy & Design: with a keen eye for modern design, create engaging, brand-appropriate assets for marketing across all platforms, as well as our Candidate Kits (Canva)
  • Analytics & Tracking: track website and marketing analytics and deliver results-based insights and recommendations (Google Analytics & MailChimp)
  • Project Management: help to manage project timelines and operational resources, ensuring everything is organized and up-to-date (Monday & Google Docs)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in digital and social media content creation, ideally in a creative agency and/or brand environment 
  • Experience in the marketing, advertising, digital and/or design industry – knowledge of the ‘who’s who’ in agencies, a plus
  • Creatively minded and able to translate our brand voice/aesthetic to the digital space
  • Proactive with a strong ability to take initiative and complete work on-time, independently 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple, simultaneous deadlines
  • Strong team player, yet comfortable in an independent, self-starter environment
  • High quality standards, with the flexibility to improvise and work efficiently
  • Highly organized, analytical and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to manage-up
  • Proficiency in as many of these platforms as possible: G-Suite, MailChimp, WordPress, Canva, Buffer, Content Studio, Monday, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and a quick-study on new digital applications
