RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evolve the global brand through strategic and creative solutions that supports the business goals and objectives
  • Create supportive sales materials
  • Oversee and manage budgets for initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
  • Create and manage social media marketing, email campaigns, and web solutions 
  • Curate print and digital marketing campaigns 
  • Work with regional teams to ensure adoption of marketing plans

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing; either at a marketing & advertising agency or within a company.
  • Experience in business-to-business as well as consumer-facing marketing
  • Direct experience in real estate/hospitality marketing preferred
  • Self-motivated with a track record of applying innovative strategies and managing projects independently as well as part of a larger team
  • Comfortable interacting with senior level management
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to manage up
  • Prior experience managing partners and agencies to execute marketing vision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
