Have experience in leading a team to develop, create, implement and manage social across multiple brands, and possess a strong sense of ownership over the social content creation process. You have a passion for music, a strong grasp of cultural trends and social issues, and a deep understanding of how to inspire a team to create and publish content while keeping a close eye on trends and analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Oversee and lead: 

  • Strategic framework, ensuring consistency across all elements of creative development and implementation across one or more brands
  • The development and maintenance of content strategies to connect with and engage various audiences across one more more brands 
  • Approach to and execution of real-time content creation by the team
  • The analyzation of data inputs from social platforms, digital media, and owned digital channels 
  • Ongoing monitoring of SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization 
  • Represent the expert voice of social within the entire organization
  • Elevate department success while educating the wider group on the impact of social media
  • Work with creative leadership to ensure seamless creative solutions

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a role focusing on social media planning and content creation with a proven track record of delivering premium social data analysis and strategy 
  • Fluent grasp of the current and future digital and social media ecosystem 
  • Expert knowledge of social media management tools, social listening, efficient content creation and asset management 
  • Ability to lead content creators, elevate ideas, and lead a team of cross-functional disciplines to build a complete social media team 
  • Self-motivated, with experience working under tight deadlines & ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change 
  • A deep pursuit and passion for something that informs your perspective on culture 
  • A knack for storytelling both written and verbal   
  • Exceptional conceptual ability, creativity, and resourcefulness
