RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Serve as a strategic lead 
  • Develop category go-to-market strategy, positioning, resourcing plans
  • Manage creative strategy resources within the category
  • Lead priority pitches
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to develop compelling integrated programs
  • Establish relationships with relevant  business unit leaders 
  • Establish consultative relationships with key agency and client partners
  • Attend industry events and represent Creative in market
  • Innovate new products, models, services, and revenue streams that help to drive growth for the businesses

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 5+ years experience as a Creative, Strategist, or Creative Strategist at a digital publisher or agency
  • Strong foundation in brand strategy and creative thinking
  • Journalist-worthy writing and editing skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience ideating, producing, and/or pitching digital video and multi-platform programs
  • Ability to develop jaw dropping PPT and Google Slide skills 
  • Master linguist in a 140-character world
  • Deadline-oriented project management skills
  • Desire to seek out diverse and unique POVs that differ from your own
  • Heart of a creative mind or of an analyst. Your content innovations are as good as the numbers you use to support them.
