  • Partner with social and art directors on overall social and online creative leadership, developing executive level relationships with Global Product Marketing, Online and Consumer Engagement
  • Oversee social producer and creative teams 
  • Participate in strategic sessions, helping to define the brand positioning and voice for digital channels
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve innovative creative concepts into a clear set of deliverables 
  •  Define the scope of projects in conjunction with the Content Production Team.
  • Partner with Head of Production to manage social media content studio 
  • Oversee each phase of the internal and external approval process: concepts, copy, design, final artwork, retouching
  • Keep all online and social projects on track


  • 8+ years experience as an interactive/digital producer or directly related experience
  • Prior experience working on Campaign Projects (Digital or integrated)
  • Experience using Project Management tools to develop project plans 
  • Experience with Content Management Systems 
  • A creative partner and leader 
  • Experience developing contracts and SOW’s
  • Comfortable being the point person for internal or external clients
  • Previous agency experience
  • Outstanding written and presentation skills
  • A creative problem solver
