- Create awe-inspiring, creative content/campaigns that resonates with target audience

- Proactively track trends in culture, design, user experience, and social media.

- Ability to handle more than one assignment at a time across brands, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Present and justify creative approach with team members as well as clients
- Create graphics and typographic systems for online display, emails, ecommerce updates, etc. Must have good eye for layout, typography and be an expert in Digital
- Bachelor’s degree + 10 years’ experience in a digital or traditional ad agency with interactive work experience, or similar experience in a brand creative studio.
- Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking in campaign work as well as digital design
- Understanding and implementation of animation and video production skills a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including AE and Premiere, Sketch, Keynote, as well as working knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.)
- Fundamental understanding UI design as well as best practices for all digital channels
- Self-motivated and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude
