YOU: Support the Global Creative team in aspects of digital marketing and social media design projects. You are passionate, dedicated and forward-thinking and know how to work with cross-disciplinary teams to concept and create, and give those creations a face, a voice – a unique identity. You understand that ideas rarely start out as genius and you’re eager to cut, edit and tinker until each one shines the brightest.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Create awe-inspiring, creative content/campaigns that resonates with target audience
  • Constantly strive for better, more innovative solutions across media channels.
  • Proactively track trends in culture, design, user experience, and social media.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to craft and detail
  • Ability to handle more than one assignment at a time across brands, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Present and justify creative approach with team members as well as clients
  • Create graphics and typographic systems for online display, emails, ecommerce updates, etc. Must have good eye for layout, typography and be an expert in Digital

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree + 10 years’ experience in a digital or traditional ad agency with interactive work experience, or similar experience in a brand creative studio.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking in campaign work as well as digital design
  • Understanding and implementation of animation and video production skills a plus
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including AE and Premiere, Sketch, Keynote, as well as working knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.)
  • Fundamental understanding UI design as well as best practices for all digital channels
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude
