RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Solve big brand & business challenges using a unique cultural lens
  • Inspire clients with culturally-charged, innovative ideas
  • Seize opportunities to think outside the box and do things differently
  • Translate data into meaningful insights and revenue streams
  • Manage, motivate and develop supporting team members
  • Have a finger on the pulse of the Millennial media marketplace and Millennial insights to uncover/build unique content and strategic opportunities

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of agency experience, ideally digital or experiential and within strategy/planning department
  • Voracious consumer of music & culture
  • Extensive content and digital story-telling experience
  • Deep understanding of how media platforms (Editorial, Video, Digital, Social, Experiential) work together to support one strategic concept
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Robust strategic thinking skills and the ability to articulate complex elements simply
  • Ability to manage and supervise a high-performing team as it grows
