You have an outstanding track record of creative work that pushes, pokes or pursues the boundaries of entertainment, culture and advertising and can develop campaigns, IP, content, and curate cultural collaborations – connecting the dots between art, copy, design and programming.

- Own and drive creative whilst guiding your team from inception to execution
- Represent Creative in client-facing pitches, productions and development
- Ensure positive and collaborative synergy between departments and teams throughout both the ideation and delivery phases
- Construct big-idea presentations with a world-class storytelling ability
- Navigate incredible taste to reveal a distinct sense of style in the audio/visual vernacular of all work
- Comfortable directing, projecting and implementing both art and copy
- Ability to be both hands-on (making decks and living on set) as much as you are coaching and devoting to promoting the very best creative work
- 7+ years agency experience as a creative leader
- Strong knowledge of culture marketing, platforms and publishing, digital, film and content creation
- Able to craft a pitch winning presentation or story in any medium, format, focus or feature
- Emotionally intelligent with a natural gift for managing other creatives
- Strong prioritization skills
- Proactive and results oriented
