YOU: A curious, seasoned Creative who has an obsessive interest in filmmaking, documentaries, & entertainment with an understanding and active interest in the world of branded content, publishing, marketing and advertising.

THEM: This media creative studio leverages technology, insight & measurement tools to connect brands and people through the things that really matter to them.


  • Participate in the pitch process in partnership with strategists and creative directors 
  • Contribute campaign ideas, film treatments, written concepts, and approaches ensuring that production and execution is feasible and set up for success
  • Source talent, locations, writers, photographers, and contractors as needed for all programs 
  • Effectively manage production timelines in partnership with production team to ensure projects are executed on time, adjusting the creative work as needed
  • Attend shoots and production days as needed, both in-person or remotely
  • Work alongside clients and partner agencies where needed; pitching ideas, presenting scripts and treatments, attending kickoffs and status calls, productions
  • Prove exceptional collaboration and communication with design, editorial, and content teams, with a clear understanding of everyone’s individual roles and responsibilities
  • Leverage data and insights to inform creative ideas during pitch and production 
  • Work collaboratively with Creative Strategy team during pitch process 
  • Support with script revisions, concept updates, and production plans
  • Collaborate closely with Production team to have full understanding of every component of the production process 
  • Write copy for social posts, audio segments, display media, and content pages as part of branded content programs that span written, video, audio, photography, and illustrated campaign deliverables


  • 4-5+ years in advertising, content or journalism; creating content, campaigns, and work including but not limited to: copywriting, art direction, scripting, campaign concepting, photography, and social content
  • An obsessive interest in filmmaking, documentaries, entertainment, and the industry-at-large; film school background or proven experience a plus
  • A proven ability to ideate, pitch and execute ideas, bringing it to life across multiple touchpoints
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally, including receiving, interpreting and implementing feedback as part of a very collaborative team dynamic
  • A clear, proven understanding in what makes effective content for clients
  • How to create groundbreaking work that is rooted in strategy and brand business objectives
  • Experience in video production: knowledge of best practices, on-set roles and responsibilities, and the post process
  • Ability to manage up, down, and laterally, keeping all stakeholders proactively involved and updated throughout the life of a project
  • Identifying every creative detail to make every content experience a delight for our audiences
  • An obsession with advertising, creative, marketing, media and content; you’re always reading the next thing, diving into the making of for award-winning campaigns, and paying attention to industry trends and competitors
