  • Lead business development start to finish, working closely with the CEO at every stage
  • Generate leads and manage new relationships, contact list and follow-up
  • Observe and analyze industry trends to make opportunistic recommendations
  • Shape new business strategy by identifying and qualifying new opportunities
  • Develop proposals and strategic pitch decks/materials, POVs on clients’ businesses, with support by the internal team.
  • Vet inbound opportunities and support planning discussions with CEO and Accounts team


  • Be able to sell creatively
  • Have a deep network of brand-side and agency contacts
  • A track record of success leading new business wins that relate to the video advertising world
  • Have experience driving new business from new prospects as well as existing clients
  • A natural problem solver who seeks possibilities at every turn
  • Have client-facing experience, ideally in creative agency environments, with a background in business development, client services or strategy.
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
