Business Development Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the face for agency when on new business calls/meetings 
  • Client relationship management 
  • Internal team coordination of client & project needs 
  • Improve upon and make recommendations for current new business process
  • Award submissions oversight/coordination 
  • Passion for being a member of, and helping grow small agency 
  • Additional agency support as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-7 years experience working for an agency in an Account and/or BD role
  • Expertise in presenting to high-level clients
  • Awareness and ability to speak to the creative process, from strategy through design to production/deployment of a brand and/or campaign(s) 
  • Experience managing simultaneous multiple leads 
  • Experience working on a wide range of client industry verticals 
  • Extremely detail-oriented 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
