Business Development Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the face for agency when on new business calls/meetings
- Client relationship management
- Internal team coordination of client & project needs
- Improve upon and make recommendations for current new business process
- Award submissions oversight/coordination
- Passion for being a member of, and helping grow small agency
- Additional agency support as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-7 years experience working for an agency in an Account and/or BD role
- Expertise in presenting to high-level clients
- Awareness and ability to speak to the creative process, from strategy through design to production/deployment of a brand and/or campaign(s)
- Experience managing simultaneous multiple leads
- Experience working on a wide range of client industry verticals
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
