RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage general operations for the company’s direct-to-consumer brand business including all physical and digital products, events, and other activations
  • Develop and execute innovative direct-to-consumer marketing programs that leverage organic and paid media, PR, talent/tastemakers to eventize product drops and drive global brand awareness
  • Design and implement a data-driven CRM strategy, using audience segmentation to effectively target fans within the wider brand ecosystem
  • Create and maintain P&L’s for products and guide decision-making around product quantities and pricing
  • Assess D2C brand opportunities internationally, and identify potential partners in key markets
  • Develop ways to distribute content through new and existing owned channels
  • Manage, mentor and lead team 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years directly relevant experience in building direct to consumer brands and businesses with measurable growth and success
  • 5+ years of people management experience; a proven and effective leader
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to build, forecast and manage budgets & P&L’s
  • Effective collaborator with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple projects 
  • Creativity and a desire to blend business and creative thinking together to grow the company
  • Ability to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day project management  
  • Technical savvy; understanding of e-commerce and digital landscape
  • Strong marketing fundamental, particularly CRM and e-commerce
  • Humble, diligent, resourceful
