RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client relationship management
- Internal team coordination of client / project needs
- Internal + external team resources management
- Project schedule management
- Coordination with third party vendors (print production, digital development, etc.)
- Support Head of Accounts in nurturing client relationship, up-sell agency capabilities and encourage future project engagements
- Interface with clients at varying seniority levels
- Passion for being a member of, and helping grow small agency
- Additional agency support as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Between 3-5 years experience working for an agency
- Experience managing simultaneous multiple accounts
- Preference for those who have worked at smaller agencies, with familiarity serving many roles on the team
- Experience working on a wide range of client industry verticals
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to serve as day to day liaison with client, handle requests and communicate project priorities to Awareness of the creative process, from strategy through design to production/deployment of a brand and/or campaign(s)
