  • Client relationship management 
  • Internal team coordination of client / project needs
  • Internal + external team resources management  
  • Project schedule management 
  • Coordination with third party vendors (print production, digital development, etc.) 
  • Support Head of Accounts in nurturing client relationship, up-sell agency capabilities and encourage future project engagements 
  • Interface with clients at varying seniority levels 
  • Passion for being a member of, and helping grow small agency 
  • Additional agency support as needed


  • Between 3-5 years experience working for an agency
  • Experience managing simultaneous multiple accounts 
  • Preference for those who have worked at smaller agencies, with familiarity serving many roles on the team 
  • Experience working on a wide range of client industry verticals 
  • Extremely detail-oriented 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to serve as day to day liaison with client, handle requests and communicate project priorities to Awareness of the creative process, from strategy through design to production/deployment of a brand and/or campaign(s)
  • Based on the information that has been provided to You & Them by our Client, the salary range for this position is $90 100K
