Account Director with an entrepreneurial spirit

YOU: A self-driven, proactive, Account Director with an entrepreneurial spirit who will be the primary point of contact with the client and help to manage the internal team of designers and writers and work closely with the project manager.

THEM: A strategy & business innovation firm that has a reputation for creativity & effectiveness working with top brands utilizing design as a driver for business innovation and brand experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client relationship and expectations. 
  • Be a strategic partner to our client and help them navigate their own internal projects and process and support them with our teams.
  • Set schedules, weekly status meetings with client and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain project briefs, schedules, project internal and external budgets and plan resources
  • Help identify and build new business opportunities
  • Understanding of process and deliverables for print and digital design projects.
  • Manage day to day ins and outs of all activities for key account.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Previous experience managing a client and team
  • Knowledge of print and digital production
  • Team player, great communicator, excellent collaborator
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with building schedules and budgets, and working with vendors and clients to manage scope and schedule, alongside our project manager
  • Nice to haves: Experience in hospitality, real estate, and/or events
