- Translate business objectives into a creative vision and strategy with a unified look, feel and voice across all channels
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
- Develop a fresh and compelling content strategy that accentuates the brand and meets company goals
- Analyze programming grids/schedules and audience analytics and make programming recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing team on user acquisition initiatives (including social media content) and brand activations
- Collaborate with the product team on ways to enhance the platform and explore the boundaries of interactive media
- 5+ years creating immersive brand experiences that speak to millennials by pushing the creative possibilities of graphic design, film/video, and sound
- Significant experience crafting compelling brand stories, including producing exciting digital video content
- Data-driven analytical skills and proven ability to iterate based on audience feedback and insights
- You are able to look around the corner and identify emerging cultural trends.
- Effective at both time management and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
