  • Set visual standards for the brand and consistently elevate them
  • Be an excellent and proactive cross-functional partner, guide projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring high-quality creative work
  • Manage and support brand campaigns from a creative perspective (creating assets, partnering on overall distribution strategies, and creative ideation)
  • Manage vendor relations for relevant vendors and agencies
  • Ensure a healthy balance of results and great creative work
  • Manage and develop a team of world-class designers and copywriters
  • Be a collaborative member of the Marketing leadership team and the broader Director team



  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience working with both external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing, and a passion for developing people and building and leading strong teams
  • A portfolio that showcases a sophisticated aesthetic with strengths in design systems, typography, and visual storytelling
  • A high bar for quality and understanding the tradeoffs between resource allocation and impact
  • Excellent visual, verbal and written communications skills
  • A sense of humor
