- 6+ years of agency experience, ideally digital or experiential and within strategy/planning department
- Voracious consumer of music & culture
- Extensive content and digital story-telling experience
- Deep understanding of how media platforms (Editorial, Video, Digital, Social, Experiential) work together to support one strategic concept
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Robust strategic thinking skills and the ability to articulate complex elements simply
- Ability to manage and supervise a high-performing team as it grows
- Spanish speaker, a plus
- Soccer fanatic, double plus!
