- Strategy and Concept: Define the overall strategy and concepts for your projects
- Team: Direct and inspire both strategy & creative teams
- Projects: Communicate the overarching vision and ensure it is carried through
- Meetings: Clearly communicate creative and strategic concepts
- Clients: Build and maintain a close relationship with management-level counterparts
- Quality: Responsible for the creative quality and integrity of your projects
- 5+ years of creative leadership experience (or similar)
- Expert organizational skills with an insane attention to detail
- Solid presentation skills with the ability to sell your work and ideas
